Abe Ishihara is pastor of Calstar Assembly of God, an evangelical Christian church in San Jose, California.  He received his Masters in Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. He also received a certificate in Pastoral Studies from Central Bible College in Tokyo, Japan as well as a degree in Social Welfare from Nihon Fukushi University.

Cynthia Ishihara has been assisting Abe for over 30 years, and has worked in 2 residential care homes in San Jose. She also has a certificate in Pastoral Studies from Central Bible College.
